"Let food be thy medicine, thy medicine shall be thy food" -Hippocrates

The Desired Results

When a human mind clearly and continually visualizes an end result, with deep emotion and concentrated intent, then the formatted energy generated is converted into its mass equivalent- (the desired result)

Let Food Be Your Medicine And Medicine Be Your Food

Traditional versus Alternative Health.
Often we resort to traditional medicine to fix what's broken. I am a champion of traditional medicine, but also champion alternative medicine when it will suffice to get what our bodies need for optimal functioning. When our bodies are supported in a manner that will enable self repair, often they can get the job done using natural means.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine advised "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food." I'd like to spend a little time bringing the age old advice to this century in relative terms. The idiom refers to the bodily repair that occurs at the cellular level. Often we use traditional medicine to fix what's broken, instead of facilitating our bodies' self repair. Bioactives that are high in antioxidants and iridoids contain body building factors that work similar to the way a puzzle works. Consider: You have a puzzle, but a piece is missing. To repair or make the puzzle as it should be, you would need to fill in that unique piece. Once you've done so, your puzzle is complete, it's whole, a working composite, all pieces compliment in the manner in which they were intended.
So it is when we are discriminatory regarding the selections we choose to optimize our health. Are we truly maximizing what we can do? Bodies are constantly in a state of flux. They process ingested energy which is then used in a compendium of activities intended to benefit the body. Break down and build up reserves at the cellular level is ongoing, as well as the handling of the daily operations that are part of overall bodily functioning. We can facilitate the bodies' optimal functioning, but do we? We can waste options by not choosing them. If you're reading this article, you're interested in being proactive regarding your health... Always remember, our greatest asset is ourselves.
Hippocrates, the father of medicine advised "Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food." Bioactives are high in antioxidants and iridoids which contain body building factors that are key factors in the natural juices' ability to facilitate optimizing health.
